A walk through the rubble

Now our after supper habit involves dragging our children around the corner to examine the day's developments at the house. At first, this was an adventure! A cool outing! Now, the novelty is wearing off slightly:
Me: "Kids! Let's go visit the house! There might be no more walls left!
Kids: Can't we go to the pool instead? It's hot, mom.
Me: But you can keep your shoes on! You can even through rocks out the window!
Kids: (various moans of protest)

Gotta keep this reno thing exciting. Should be no problem this week, because the BIG DIGGER is here, digging our new basement. I'll treat you to a photo of the whole conveyor/dump truck set up in my next post.
